Gotion High-Tech Indonesia Engages Future Talent at ITB & UGM Career Expos 2025
Gotion High-Tech Indonesia proudly participated in two major university career exhibitions this year — Titian Karier Terpadu ITB 2025 and UGM Career Expo 2025. These events served as valuable opportunities for us to connect with aspiring young professionals and future leaders who share our passion for advancing clean energy and electric vehicle technologies in Indonesia.
The UGM Career Expo 2025 was held on October 24–25, 2025, at the SGLC Building, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada, followed by the Titian Karier Terpadu ITB 2025 on October 31 – November 1, 2025, at Aula Barat & Timur, Institut Teknologi Bandung. Both events attracted thousands of students and job seekers from various academic backgrounds eager to explore opportunities within the rapidly growing energy technology sector.
Throughout these two career fairs, our team introduced Gotion’s global profile, highlighting our mission to drive innovation in battery manufacturing and energy storage systems (ESS). We also shared insights into our operations in Indonesia and across the Asia-Pacific region, as well as our long-term vision to support Indonesia’s clean energy transition through technology and collaboration.
Our representatives engaged directly with students through interactive discussions and information-sharing sessions that covered topics such as career development, sustainable energy, and the future of electric mobility. We also introduced a wide range of career opportunities at Gotion High-Tech Indonesia — spanning engineering, production, research, marketing, and corporate functions — reflecting the multidisciplinary nature of the energy storage industry.
To make the engagement more memorable, we distributed exclusive merchandise to visitors who actively participated in booth activities and discussions. This initiative was warmly received and helped foster a personal connection between Gotion and potential future talents.
